The pest control answering service that books the treatment, not the callback
Ant season, wasp season and the termite inspection a closing depends on all arrive by phone while your technicians are on route. Ansurra answers every call, books initial services and quarterly visits on your real calendar, quotes only the prices you set, and gets the caller with a rat in the pantry through to you.

Where the call gets lost.
The moments a pest control business misses the phone, and what each one costs.
The caller has already seen the bug
People do not call a pest company on a whim. They call because there is a wasp nest over the back door, ants across the counter, or something scratching in the wall at two in the morning. That caller wants to hear a voice and a date. Voicemail sends them to the next listing, and the next listing sends a truck.
Termite letters run on someone else's deadline
A real estate agent needs a wood-destroying insect inspection before a closing on Friday. The call comes once, the agent has three other companies bookmarked, and the first one to book the inspection gets the report fee and the treatment if it finds something. Agents remember who answered, and they close houses every month.
Technicians cannot answer from under a house
Your techs are in crawl spaces, on ladders at the eaves, and in the truck between stops with a sprayer to refill. The owner is often on route too. A pest control office with nobody in it from eight to five is the normal case, not the exception, and the spring surge of ant and termite calls lands squarely in those hours.
What Ansurra does on the call.
The receptionist, in pest control terms.
Initial service booked, recurring plan set up
A new customer with ants gets an initial treatment booked on your calendar from the slots genuinely open that week. If they want ongoing protection, Ansurra books the quarterly or bimonthly visits as a recurring series right away. Confirmation goes out by email, a reminder arrives the day before each visit, and the customer's address and pest history are on record for the next call.
Prices you set, read word for word
Pest pricing has tiers and exceptions, and Ansurra respects them. A flat initial-service price, a quarterly rate by home size, a termite inspection fee for real estate: if it is on your list, it is quoted exactly. If your list says bed bug and termite treatments are priced after inspection, that is what the caller hears, and the inspection is booked instead.
Real estate inspections with the details the report needs
For a wood-destroying insect inspection, Ansurra collects the property address, the closing date, who receives the report, and the agent's callback number, then books the inspection in a slot that beats the deadline. The agent gets a confirmation email. In your dashboard the call is summarized and scored, so a closing on Friday sits above a question about mosquito season.
Stinging insects and rodents go through to a person
A wasp nest by a daycare entrance or a rat in a restaurant kitchen is urgent to the caller and to you. Ansurra recognizes the urgency and transfers the call to your cell, straight through or with a one-line briefing so you know what is waiting. Outside your hours it takes the full details, tells the caller when to expect you, and emails you immediately.
A call, start to finish.
How a call to Sentinel Pest Solutions — a fictional business — plays out. The receptionist only offers times its calendar shows free and only quotes what the owner's price list says.
Ansurra vs. what you use today.
Voicemail, an answering service, a person at the desk: what each still does better, and what it costs.
Compared with voicemail and a callback list
A caller with a wasp nest does not wait for a callback. They keep dialing until someone answers, and that company sends the truck. Ansurra answers in a natural voice, books the visit, and quotes your price, so the callback list you used to work through at six in the evening becomes a list of appointments already on tomorrow's route.
Compared with a human answering service
A live service takes the message and can read a rate card, but it cannot see your route calendar, so every booking waits for you. It also struggles to tell a termite inspection from a termite treatment without a long script. Ansurra books live and asks the right follow-ups. A human operator still handles a furious customer with a callback dispute more gracefully; Ansurra transfers that call to you rather than argue it.
Compared with an office hire
A dispatcher in the office is worth it once you run several trucks. Until then, the salary buys coverage from eight to five on weekdays, and pest calls arrive at seven in the morning, on Saturday, and during the spring rush when one person cannot keep up. Ansurra takes all of them for a flat monthly price and sends the urgent ones to your cell.
How it works.
Paste your website
Ansurra reads your services, hours and service area and drafts its own knowledge. Add your price list if you want it quoting.
Forward your number
One dial code at your carrier — every call, or only the ones you miss. You keep the number your customers know.
It answers
From the next ring: it books on your calendar, emails confirmations, transfers emergencies to your cell and sends you every detail.
Pest control, answered.
Can it book quarterly service as a recurring plan?
Yes. Once the initial service is booked, Ansurra can set up the quarterly, bimonthly or monthly visits as a recurring series on your real calendar, offering only genuinely open times. Customers on a plan are recognized by caller ID when they call back, greeted by name, and can move a visit live on the call. Each change sends a confirmation email.
How does it handle termite inspection requests from real estate agents?
It collects the property address, the closing date, who the report goes to and the agent's callback number, then books the inspection in a slot that beats the deadline. If your price list has an inspection fee, it quotes it word for word. Agents who call regularly are recognized by number, so the second request takes half the time.
Bed bug jobs need an inspection before we quote. Will it try to give a price anyway?
No. Ansurra quotes only what is on your price list. If your list says bed bug treatments are priced after inspection, the caller hears exactly that, and Ansurra books the inspection. It will not estimate a number, and it will not describe treatments beyond what your knowledge and list say.
A customer calls back with a rat in the kitchen on a Saturday night. What happens?
Ansurra recognizes the urgency and transfers the call to your cell, either straight through or with a one-sentence briefing first. If you do not answer, it takes the address, what the customer saw and where, and a callback number, then emails you the details immediately and tells the customer when to expect a call.
We use pest control software for routing. Can it send bookings there?
Bookings, calls and leads can be pushed to other tools through Zapier or a custom webhook, so a new booking can appear in your routing or customer system without retyping. The calendar itself is Google Calendar or Cal.com, and Ansurra books on it live during the call, offering only the open slots.
Do we forward every call, or only the ones we miss?
Either. Your carrier forwards with one dial code, and you choose whether all calls go to Ansurra or only the ones that ring busy or unanswered. A common setup is to forward everything while the trucks are out and take calls directly when you are at the desk, and you can change it any time. You keep your existing number throughout.
