Pricing questions

What counts as a minute?

Talk time on answered calls, rounded fairly. Missed-call handling, emails, lead scoring and your dashboard don't consume minutes.

What happens if I run out?

Nothing breaks — calls keep being answered at your plan's overage rate (35¢/min, 25¢ on Scale). We email you at 80% and 100% of your allowance so there are no surprises.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are monthly, no contracts, no exit fees — and your number can go with you.
